All 3 C'zar Salon Spa locations will officially reopen with limited capacity this Friday, 5/29. C'zar Male will reopen Saturday, 5/30.

We are still in the midst of rescheduling closure-affected appointments and will continue this process throughout the next few days remotely. Please stay close to your phones, as some of our staff will be calling from their personal lines.
We will resume in-salon desk hours on 5/29.

THINGS TO NOTE
  • Our artists and therapists are working on a very limited schedule between 5/29 and June 20th.
  • Your service provider has new hours and may even be working at a different location than you're used to. We hope this is only temporary. In order to accommodate you as soon as possible, your flexibility will be key!
  • Individual or state circumstances could change, and out of an abundance of caution we are currently only scheduling through June 20th for the time being.
  • If you colored your hair without us, it's okay. However, we'll need to know what you've been up to as this may affect the duration of your appointment. It is important to be candid with us upon scheduling.
  • We will be unable to accommodate some services during this first phase of our reopening. These are listed below. If you are scheduled for any of these between 5/29 and 6/20, you will be called within the next 48 hours and asked to postpone on a TBD basis.

NEW SERVICE PROTOCOL & PROCEDURES

MASKS REQUIRED
As a pledge to the safety of our team and guests, we are each required to wear a mask inside our building during your visit. Masks or face coverings that secure behind your ears versus around your head will allow your service to be performed with minimal interference. We ask you to bring your own, but if you do not have one or forget, one will be provided for you upon entry. Please notify us prior to scheduling if you have any health restrictions.
FAQ

ESSENTIAL ITEMS ONLY, BYOBeverage & NO GUESTS
We ask you to come to your reservation alone, and bring in only essential items (such as your keys, phone, wallet, and mask). We will not have a self-serve beverage or snack bar, but you can bring your own drink if you'd like. You must come to your appointment alone, and no group appointments can be made at this time.

NOTIFY US OF YOUR ARRIVAL
Once you arrive, we ask you to notify us by phone call. Please wait outside the door until you are called inside and maintain social distancing with anyone else patiently waiting. In the event of acclimate weather, you may wait in your vehicle and we will call or text you when we are ready to begin your service.

WELLNESS SCREEN & TOUCH-LESS TEMP CHECK
Additionally, you will be subjected to a wellness screen and temperature check upon arrival. On your confirmation email will be a link to fill out a 10-second survey prior to your appointment.

HAIR GUESTS: ARRIVE WITH CLEAN, DRY HAIR
Depending on your stylist's preference, they may choose to "dry cut" your hair prior to your color service - if you're receiving one.

NO CONTACT PAYMENT
Upon scheduling your appointment, we will confirm your preferred card on file. If you wish to pay with a gift card, please notify us prior to the end of your service. More information on this to come.
