As we begin welcoming you back to the farm, the Snug Hollow staff would like to share our plans for keeping our guests and staff safe during these uncertain times. We are adhering to the latest information, protocols and recommendations from the world’s leading health experts and government authorities -including the CDC, World Health Organization and our Kentucky Governor.
Although we have made adjustments, your stay at Snug Hollow Farm will be as peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable as usual.
We have the unique ability to provide you with your very own private, hand-crafted cabin with amenities that make it feel like your very own little house in the country and 350 acres of social distancing.
As you enter our little piece of heaven, you’ll be greeted by a friendly, gloved and masked staff member enthusiastically practicing social distancing. We will get you settled in quickly and safely with our new
contact-free check-in
procedure. Breakfast (included in stay) and dinners (on prior request) will be served in your cabin for you to enjoy on your private porch or dining room. We look forward to the day when we can gather again at the farm house to share our delicious, gourmet meals together.
If you’re staying more than one night, we will pick up your towels and trash outside your door, leaving you fresh supplies. Staff will not be entering your cabin during your stay. In addition to our “green policy” and regular deep cleaning and disinfecting schedules, Snug Hollow has ramped up our protocol to exceed CDC guidelines and have included the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
Our employees are self-monitoring for signs and symptoms and will NOT to come to work with any type of sickness. Please stay safe at home if you feel unwell or believe you’ve been exposed to someone who is unwell. We will work with you to reschedule.
On the last day of your stay, we will get you on your way safely with our
contact-free check-out
procedure. You’ll receive your invoice at breakfast and can settle up with us from your very own cabin.
We will reopen our doors on June 1st, 2020, and yes, are we excited to see your beautiful, smiling faces!
While this our new normal for the moment, thankfully some things haven't changed—350 breath-taking acres, friendly staff, porches with panoramic views, hiking trails, meadow labyrinth, quiet nights, stars, outside seating, gourmet meals, comfortable accommodations and so much more.
