Families will receive a notification via phone when assignments are final and available for viewing in PowerSchool.
Chromebook and WiFi Hot Spot Distribution

This year, elementary students will need a Chromebook and WiFi access for at-home learning.

Distribution of District-provided Chromebooks and Wifi Hot Spots for students who do not plan to use their own devices will begin this week and continue until all students have the necessary equipment to access learning.

  • Distance Teaching and Learning Academy Students must schedule an appointment to pickup devices at Stillmeadow on Thursday, September 3 or Friday, September 4 from 8 am to 3 pm. Please call the main office to schedule an appointment.

  • Hybrid Model Students will receive devices in school beginning the week of September 14. (Students who plan to bring a personal device to school should wait until the week of September 14 or until directed by their classroom teacher.)

More information is available on the Stamford Public Schools Website.
Parents Must Complete Technology Use Agreements

In order for students to be issued Chromebooks or use personal devices in school, parents must complete the applicable technology use agreements as follows:

  • To obtain a District-issued device, parents must complete the Parent Acknowledgement form.

  • If your child will be using their own device at school, parents must complete a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) User Agreement form.

If you have more than one child attending Stamford Public Schools, you must complete the applicable e-forms for each student.

More information is available on the Stamford Public Schools Website.

Questions may be emailed to Jodi Nathanson, Stillmeadow's Technology Integration Support Specialist.

COVID-19 Daily Safety Assessment

In an effort to ensure the health and safety of all students and staff, the District has created a COVID-19 Daily Family & Staff Checklist. All families and staff are asked to review this checklist each day before entering a school building.
