This week we returned to Capitol Hill for week 11 of the legislative session. With only a couple of days left, we have been taking up the many Senate bills that are now in the House chamber, as well as, making compromises between House and Senate bills. Sine Die, the last day, is scheduled for March 30th.

During the last couple of weeks, we have passed bills dealing with health care, public safety and agriculture. One measure I am particularly excited about is House Resolution 389, a resolution which allows for the formation of the House Rural Development Council. The council will study the challenges we face in rural our communities. To read more about this and other bills we have passed, please see below to read my full update.

As always, Thank you so much for allowing me to be your voice under the Gold Dome. May God bless and keep each and every one of you. If you ever need anything, please let me know!
