The 2023 WMF® Survey Results

The results were amazing;

95 of you responded to the 2023 Survey

Most of our respondants had taken WMF® 1-5 years ago (60%)

We also had 40% who took WMF® 6-40+

years ago.

In fact 16% of the respondants had taken WMF® over 21 years ago.It appears the staying power of WMF® is enormous in the lives of our graduates.

54% of you had also taken another of the SVVCI® workshops

Over 68% of respondants had both personal and professional issues to resolve.This meets with our perceptions that WMF® participants have the perfect storm of internal (personal issues) AND external (professional)

Issues to resolve.

Our premise for Women Moving Forward® has always been if we can help women resolve internal issues (personal issues) they will be enabled to resolve external issues (professional issues) as well.

Given the following data from Question 5

That 93% resolved the issue they came to WMF® to resolve

AND

84% of you resolved other issues that were in the way of your career.

Our initial premise still stands:

Once women are enabled to resolve internal (personal Issues) they are empowered to resolve external issues (professional ones) as well.

80% of respondants felt they resolved other issues in the way of their personal lives. So WMF® helps resolve more than the issues you bring to the workshop.

In fact from the comments many of the respondants found out, for the first time, what the real issues were.

WMF® helped many of the respondents get clear on the actual issues to resolve and gave them an opportunity to get started on them.

More importantly to us were questions

8-11;

99% of you felt you benefited from attending Women Moving Forward® regardless of the issue

98% of you felt your company benefitted

from your attendance in WMF®

92% of you felt the quality of your personal life is better since taking WMF®

and

94% of you feel the quality of your professional is better.

These is the best result we could hope for!

Needless to say we are proud of these results and you should be as well. Given every woman who attends WMF® is referred by someone (mostly WMF® Graduates) you all have helped contribute to the quality of so many women's lives.

What it's Like to Be Jewish in the
