El Equipo de Respuesta de Bioseguridad hace énfasis y un llamado a la Comunidad a realizar un Reporte Oportuno ante una situación de riesgo cuando hay aparición de síntomas o contacto estrecho con un caso sospechoso o confirmado para COVID-19.

Un Reporte Oportuno es indispensable para la viabilidad del Modelo de Aprendizaje en Alternancia, garantizando las medidas de prevención para el bienestar de nuestra Comunidad. Les invitamos a seguir los pasos a continuación para hacer un adecuado reporte.

Prevención en Salud COVID-19
Cumplir con los lineamientos institucionales de trazabilidad para el seguimiento de condiciones asociadas a COVID-19. 

  • Cumplimiento de las medidas para el aislamiento preventivo en casa ante una situación de riesgo.

  • Entrega de información completa y veraz en el seguimiento y rastreo de contactos.

Health Prevention for COVID-19
Complying with the institutional traceability guidelines for the monitoring of conditions associated with COVID-19.
  • Immediate reporting of a risk situation to the Biosecurity Response Team when there is the appearance of symptoms or a close contact with a suspected or confirmed case.

  • Compliance with the measures for preventive isolation at home in a risky situation.

  • Delivery of complete and truthful information in the follow-up and during contact tracing.
