Debbie, as Partner and Customer Service Manager brings her heart for service, love of reptiles, and tireless work ethic that has made her a legend in the reptile shipping business over the last 7 years by providing the absolute BEST customer service available on the planet. With a hands-on personal touch she works with each customer as if they were the only one and tracks and monitors each shipment as if it were her own until it safely reaches its destination.

Apply label to box, drop off at a FedEx Ship Center (or schedule a FedEx pick up at your place if you like), then RELAX! In the unlikely event a shipment is held up in transit we dive in right away using a special Premiere Customer Service team FedEx provides us, and typically resolve any problem before the customer is even aware it exists.
