Thanks to our collective efforts, legislators made several key changes to the final version of the bill that we believe were critical:

• Threat Management Team: The bill now includes “credible threat” in the language of the bill. However, it is important to note that the term credible remains undefined within the legislation.
• Data Collection Agency: The Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency was removed as the designated clearinghouse for data collection.



We are grateful for your continued engagement and commitment to protecting parental rights and student freedom in education.
