The Radnor Township Republican Party endeavors to create a powerful positive influence in Radnor Township through efforts to elect responsible candidates, register new Republican voters, mobilize existing Republican voters, and communicate with all voters regarding the important governance issues impacting the Township.

Republicans Win School Board Majority; Pick Up Commissioner Seat
In Tuesday's general election, the Republican candidates won four of five seats on the RTSD school board, securing a 6-3 majority.  Luke Clark was elected Ward 3 Commissioner, taking the seat formerly held by Democrat Bill Spingler.
 
Congratulations, and a great thank you, to all of our Republican candidates.  And thank you to all their supporters who came out to vote.
 
The unofficial election results are as follows:

Ward 1 Commissioner
  • Jim Higgins (D): 554 (57.7%) (Incumbent)
  • Matt Marshall (R): 406 (42.3%)
Ward 3 Commissioner
  • Luke Clark (R): 494 (58.0%)
  • Cheryl Tumola (D): 357 (42.0%)
Ward 5 Commissioner
  • John Nagle (D): 552 (68.1%) (Incumbent)
  • Joe Donnelly (R): 258 (31.9%)
Ward 7 Commissioner
  • Phil Ahr (D): 466 (58.0%)
  • Jane Galli (R): 337 (42.0%)
School Board Director (top 5 elected)
  • Amy Goldman (D): 3,281
  • Mike Miller (R): 3,035
  • Julia Bohnenberger (R): 2,965
  • Chuck Madden (R): 2,959 (Incumbent)
  • Pattie Booker (R): 2,849 (Incumbent)
     
  • Lisa Borowski (D): 2,700 (Incumbent)
  • Kimm Doherty (D): 2,653 (Incumbent)
  • Ed Seidl (R): 2,590
  • Eric Zajac (D): 2,374 (Incumbent)
  • Megan Gummel (D): 2,314
