On February 23 Staff released the Proposed NJCEP FY21 True-up Budget, Budget Revisions and Program Changes for public comment, including the following documents for review:
Public Notice;
The proposed NJCEP FY21 Budgets –True-up;
The Division of Clean Energy Compliance Filing;
The Comfort Partners Compliance Filing;
TRC’s Compliance Filing;
The Electric Vehicle Compliance Filing; and
The March 4, 2021 webinar presentation and recording.
Today, NJBPU is extending the comment period deadline, originally set for March 9, to Thursday, March 11, 2021.All of the relevant documents can be found here.
