NJBPU is requesting written comments on the Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) Straw Proposal for New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program™ (CEP) Comprehensive Resource Analysis (CRA) and the proposed FY22 program budgets and compliance filings. The proposed CRA, budget, compliance filings, and Request for Comments will be available the week of May 17, 2021 here.
Staff will conduct a virtual Public Hearing on the Straw Proposal and the proposed FY22 CEP program budgets and filings on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. Details on how to join the meeting as well as instructions for submitting comments are included in the Public Notice.
The deadline for comments on this matter is 5:00 p.m. on June 4, 2021.
