ITRC is Looking for Contractors to Serve as Program Advisors for New Project Teams!

The Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC), a program of the Environmental Research Institute of the States (ERIS), is releasing three requests for proposals (RFPs) each seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Program Advisor (PA) Support for ITRC's new 2026 Project Teams.

2026 Project Teams Needing PA Support:

  • Phytotechnologies Update Team
  • PFAS Treatment Technologies Team
  • Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning in the Environmental Field

PA Responsibilities

ITRC Program Advisors are responsible for providing project management support for the project team’s activities, which includes the development of written deliverables, training, and educational materials. The selected contractor will play a key leadership role to ensure that ITRC fulfills our mission to develop tools and strategies to reduce barriers to the deployment of innovative environmental technologies.



Each RFP is for a fixed monthly fee contract for a period of 16 months with an option to extend the contract up to an additional 8 months (24 months total).
