The Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC), a program of the Environmental Research Institute of the States (ERIS), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide ongoing website and information technology (IT) maintenance and support services. 

This RFP is for a two-year contract, July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027, to provide services that include project management, website maintenance and development, support for ITRC’s membership management and collaboration systems and platforms, analytics, and quality assurance.

ITRC is a program of the Environmental Research Institute of the States (ERIS). ERIS is a 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in the District of Columbia and managed by the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS).
