We are excited to announce that the collaborative funding opportunity with HealthPath Foundation of Ohio (HealthPath) and Public Health Fund of Ohio (PHFO) is now live!

A total of up to $300,000 is available through this funding opportunity. PHFO and HealthPath anticipate awarding up to six grants of up to $50,000 each over the two-year grant period.
