Compliance

A licensee is required to have an emergency disaster plan that includes all of the elements on LIC 610D/E pursuant to Health & Safety Code 1596.867 and or section 1569.695 and California Code of Regulations, Title 22 Section 87212, Emergency Disater Plan. The plan must be in writing and made available upon request to residents on site, any responsible party for a resident, and local emergency responders. Plans are reviewed annually.
