Required In-Services/Training:
Every CHHA must complete State-required yearly training on topics listed below. All courses are required. However, if you have taken courses at another job in the past year and can provide a certificate of proof for each topic, you may be excused from taking certain courses.
Options for Completion:

Newly Hired Caregivers: You must complete ALL 13 modules (First and Second Set) at start of employment within 4 weeks of hire date.

Existing Caregivers: You must complete all 13 modules each year with these options to complete—

ALL THIRTEEN topics completed by October 31 —or—

SIX topics (First Set) completed by October 31 —and—

SEVEN remaining topics (Second Set) completed by April 15
Procedure for Submitting Quiz Answers:
Each module has a quiz that MUST be completed. YOU WILL RECEIVE PAPER COPIES OF ALL 13 QUIZZES. If you are only completing the first set of 6 quizzes, KEEP THE REMAINING 7 for the future. Once you have completed the quizzes, return them to our Lawrenceville office by mail or in person. You may also send CLEAR digital images to info@njseniorcare.com. Let us know if you do not receive the quiz forms. You may also print the quiz forms by clicking the "Quiz Forms" button below to download a printable PDF.
Completion Certificates:
Once we receive your quiz answer forms, we will send you a certificate noting each completed module.
