Paramount Fabrics has remade and greatly improved our PDF Fillable Quote/Order Forms and we're sure you'll find them easier to use. As we've changed our quote process to require the use of these forms, please click on the link above to download the newest copies. An example photo of one of the forms is below.
Important to Note
- We now require using these forms for all quote requests.
- You must download the form to your computer before completing it.

The new forms include 2 new simple buttons. One to PRINT the form for your records and the other to RESET the form to use again. When you RESET the form, it keeps your Account Name, the Designer Name, Email Address, and Phone # so you never have to enter that information again.

Be sure to attach diagrams/pictures to your email, after clicking SUBMIT FORM.

If you would like to keep a copy of the completed form, click SAVE AS in the PDF Toolbar and rename it using your Sidemark. Then, RESET the form and SAVE AS again, renaming the form "Blank Copy" or something similar.
- Be sure to read the Guides near the bottom of each form that provide valuable information regarding products and how to specify.
