Please note that the goal is to have the 2020-21 student schedules posted on  PowerSchool  Friday, August 7 at 4pm. All students and families must be sure all required forms are submitted in FinalForms  and student billing account is current in order to access Mercy email account, course schedules and book purchasing.

We appreciate your support and please stay connected to your email and the Mercy web site for upcoming back to school information, student schedules, book purchasing, and more.

Thank you,
Mercy Administration

Mercy utilizes  FinalForms  for required student record information. FinalForms allows you to electronically complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school, and athletic participation forms for your daughter(s).

Parents should have received an account confirmation email from FinalForms in early July. From this email, please click the registration link and follow the steps to login and access your student(s). If you did not receive an email from Final Forms, please check your spam/bulk email folder or contact Kate Scalzi at .

We kindly request you complete your FinalForms submission by Tuesday, August 4 All students and families  must be sure all required forms are signed and submitted online through your FinalForms account in order for a student to receive their course schedule.

All incoming 9th graders, transfer students, athletes, and students taking a Physical Education class, will need a current physical , and complete the  FinalForms Profile You can view the 2020-21 MHSAA guidelines and FAQ here.

For the 2020-21 school year, you have two options for the physical required to start classes at Mercy:
  1. A physical performed on/after 4/15/2020.
  2. A physical performed on/after 4/15/2019 and completed questionnaire form. The questionnaire form allows us to use a physical dated 4/15/2019 - 4/14/2020 for this 2020-21 school year.
    • If you are new to Mercy, we will need  both the 2019-20 physical and   questionnaire form   , if you are using your 2019-20 physical.
    • If you are a returning Mercy student who had a physical in 2019-20, it is already recorded and we  only need the   questionnaire form .
For either option, please upload to FinalForms or scan and email to

Fall sports ( Cross Country, Equestrian, Field Hockey, Golf, Sailing, Swim & Dive, Volleyball) start date is tentatively August 12, 2020. Please stay tuned for specific sport team updates the week of August 3.
View 2020-21 Mercy carpool directory here. Please note this is not a full student directory, as some families requested to opt out of this carpool list.
If needed, complete carpool consideration form here by Tuesday, August 4. We want to be mindful of transportation to and from Mercy during Return to School Phase 4 Hybrid Model and student Cohort Groups.
