The Department of Developmental Services (Department) invites you to an informational webinar on April 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. During this webinar, the Department will present information about an initiative to develop a Standardized Family Support Tool that will be used across regional centers to determine respite, day care and personal assistance service needs. This initiative will create a statewide process and build consistency across regional centers for identifying individuals' and families' unique respite, day care, and personal assistance needs.
In this informational webinar, the Department will present:
- Background of the Standardized Family Support Tool
- Purpose of the Standardized Family Support Tool
- Highlights of activities to build the Standardized Family Support Tool
- Plans for community engagement
ASL and Spanish interpretation will be provided. For other accommodations or languages, please specify your needs in the zoom registration.
