DETAILS:
School No. 45 is engaging its students and families to spread positive messages throughout the school's neighborhood. The school will have a table set up where families will be able to take chalk and mark positive messages throughout the northeast neighborhood of Rochester. The Rochester Police and Fire departments will join School 45 in this effort. Given recent events around the country, this is a positive way for families and students to interact with law enforcement and emergency personnel. Families will be provided chalk, a shirt, and pizza before they visit neighborhoods in the area to mark positive messages.
