Research and Sponsored Programs Update
If one of your New Year’s resolutions was to submit more grant proposals -- and we hope it was -- the best place to start is with the research administrator for your college. Our knowledgeable staff will discuss your research interests and be sure your grant journey heads in the right direction.
Wherever you are in the process, learning how to improve your proposal narrative is always a good idea. We encourage all faculty/staff to participate in this week’s free workshop presented by Leslie Ponciano, Director of Research Opportunities at the CSU Chancellor’s Office. Set for Friday, Jan. 29, from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., the workshop covers topics such as writing about student engagement in research; articulating project rigor, merit, and impact; and improving writing quality. All faculty/staff are invited to participate, and the Zoom link will be sent after completing the registration form.
