The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in the area of environmental and can clearly articulate, develop and support implementation of the PNAB Zero Zone HSE Management System; a risk-based, prevention and compliance system. This person is responsible for creating Performance to Plan (P2P) environmental items for M&W and GTM, interfacing with the HQ Leadership Team, developing and working closely with the Engineering group to deploy the capital plan for environmental, and provide training, consultation and hands-on support to enable functional areas and/or field regions execution of the annual HSE Plan. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, Safety or related technical discipline is required along with a 10 years of HSE experience in field environmental function. MA preferred, CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE desirable.
Industrial Hygiene/Environmental Manager

The ideal candidate will anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices, develop hazard and waste control designs, methods, procedures, and programs, implement, administer and advise others on industrial hygiene/environmental hazard controls and industrial hygiene/environmental hazard control programs, and Measure, audit and evaluate the effectiveness of industrial hygiene/environmental hazard controls and industrial hygiene/environmental hazard control programs. The IH Manager will work under the supervision of the Director of EHS - South to provide expertise in the Industrial Hygiene and Environmental areas in an effort to prevent and mitigate employee injuries and illnesses, as well as, ensure environmental regulatory compliance. S/he will assist regional, branch and field management to promote effective IH and environmental programs at their assigned branch and job sites within their regions. S/he will also ensure the Company remains in compliance with governmental regulations such as OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, and NFPA, as well as those of local agencies.
