For many, the disruptions caused by COVID-19 have been stressful, resulting in inactivity and a decrease in healthy habits. If this time has taught us anything, it is that your health has to be THE most important thing. Approximately 90% of those hospitalized due to COVID-19 have underlying health conditions. The top three underlying conditions (hypertension, obesity and diabetes) can all be improved with exercise and healthy habits!

We are here to help you prioritize being active and healthy, whether it is at One to One or from the safety of your home. This 8-week motivational program offers:

  • Individualized goal setting and program development
  • One (1) 30-minute, virtual or in-person personal training appointment per week
  • In-person sessions are held at One to One Fitness
  • Non-members receive access to One to One during the program, including our virtual and in-person group exercise classes!
  • Weekly programs including exercise and healthy activities
  • Motivation and accountability
  • Additional, deeply discounted personal training
