This simple, 4-week or 8-week motivational program offers:

  • Thirty-minute personal training appointments
  • 4-week program
  • 2 training sessions per week
  • 4 weeks of programming and motivation & accountability
  • 8-week program
  • 1 training session per week
  • 8 weeks of programming and motivation & accountability
  • Weekly programs with daily exercise and health activities
  • Motivation and accountability
  • Additional, deeply discounted personal training

Location:
  • Virtual using Zoom or method of your choice
  • In-Person: Meet with your trainer on the main floor, outside, or in one of our private fitness rooms (no additional charge for private rooms)

Pricing:

  • Purchase additional training sessions for more accountability and success! Just $15 (member) or $25 (non-member)
  • Personal regularly costs $35/session for members and $45/session for non-members
The program duration is 4 weeks or 8 weeks from your start date.
