Enroll your Residents in PharmAcademic
Residents matched during Phase 1 and 2 of the ASHP Resident Matching Program were pre-enrolled by McCreadie Group and are available in PharmAcademic for you to complete the enrollment process. Residents will not have access to PharmAcademic until you enroll them.
NEW for the 2020-2021 Residency Year

We would like to announce several changes to PharmAcademic for the 2020-2021 residency year. The following updates will be available prior to the beginning of the residency year; please look for more details and instructions from us in April.
The Option to Mark Objectives as Taught will be Removed from PharmAcademic
Programs will only select "Taught and Evaluated" when assigning objectives to learning experiences; the option to select "Taught" (only) will no longer be available. Please download the "Goals and Objectives Taught/Taught and Evaluated in Learning Experiences" report to determine if updates are needed prior to this change.

Summative Evaluations will be Updated to Support Team-Based Collaboration
Summative evaluations for learning experiences with multiple-preceptors will be collaborative. All preceptors will continue to receive individual evaluations to complete; however, the primary preceptor's evaluation will allow them to view the ratings and comments provided by the other preceptor(s). The primary preceptor will select final ratings, add comments, and/or select comments from the co- preceptors to include in the final evaluation.

PGY2 Appendices will be Added to PharmAcademic
PGY2 programs will be able to add and track progress toward appendix requirements in PharmAcademic. A new shortcut to access appendices and other progression metrics will be added to the home page.
