Dear Clients, Families and Team Members:
Today, we had a 7 residents in the West Campus test positive. Family members who had residents who the positive tests were contacted personally.
Activities - Dining - Wellness
Do to the exposure of this resident to their peers, activities and communal dining has been paused in the East Campus and West Campus for 14 days.
Repeat Testing
We will repeat resident testing at the East Campus on Tuesday, December 1st to determine if any additional clients have tested positive.
We will repeat resident testing at the West Campus on Thursday, December 3rd to determine if any additional clients have tested positive, or earlier if symptoms arise.
Essential Caregivers ALL CAMPUSES are PAUSED until further notice.

Please know that we are taking all actions we can to prevent the risk of further transmission of COVID-19. We are screening staff before their shift, creating isolation areas, wearing PPE, on-going education, cleaning and disinfecting frequently, limiting visitation, utilizing telehealth, etc.
