Residential Arson With Arrest

125 Club Rd, Pasadena, Md.



Yesterday, April 2, 2025 at approximately 4:30pm, Units from the Anne Arundel County Fire Department responded to the 125 Club Rd in Pasadena, Maryland for a residential fire.


A neighbor called our 911 center to report the home on fire. Also reported, was a description of a person seen leaving the home just as the fire began.


Our crews responded to the scene and quickly extinguished the fire. While responding to the scene, the description of the person observed leaving the scene was given to units from the Anne Arundel County Police. Police Units were quickly able to identify and detain a suspect.


Personnel from the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, Fire and Explosives Unit responded to the scene including our K-9 Jessie. Evidence was collected and processed and connected to the suspect initially detained by Anne Arundel County Police.


Based on the evidence an application of charges was obtained and served on:


Michael Lindsay Perry DOB 8/19/1961


Michael Lindsay Perry was charged with the following:


Arson 1st and 2nd Degree

Malicious Burning 1st and 2nd Degree

Reckless Endangerment


Michael Lindsay Perry is currently being held at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center.


One minor injury was reported to our K-9 Jessie. We like to thank our Law Enforcement Partners with the Anne Arundel County Police for their assistance in bringing this case to a quick resolution.
