Preparing for the state visit

The President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, and his wife, Mrs Brigitte Macron, will visit Windsor, under invite from the King, from Tuesday 8 July to Thursday 10 July.

Colleagues across the council have been working with partners, including Thames Valley Police, the Crown Estate and government, on preparations and to minimise disruption to those that live and work in, or plan to visit Windsor.

Our webpage will be updated with useful information on plans and council services that may be impacted during the visit.

The Windsor Town team has organised a community clean-up ahead of the state visit of the French President, Emmanuel Macron.

Meeting at 9.50am on Saturday 5 July at King George V Fountain, volunteers will help tidy the processional route through Windsor Town Centre, including litter picking, graffiti removal, restoring planters, and maintaining green spaces.

Help shape the future of pharmacy services

Share your views on our draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025-2028

The PNA is an important tool that helps the council to identify the needs of local people and how improvements can be made. They help the NHS decide on applications for new pharmacies, and for the NHS and local authorities when considering changes to services at existing ones.

Have your say on RBWM Together and read the draft PNA by Sunday 27 July. If you know someone who is not able to complete the survey online, please encourage them to take part by asking for help at their local library.
