Contra Costa County Residents Ages 16+ Can Now Book Vaccine Appointments at the Oakland Coliseum
Contra Costa residents ages 16 and older can now book appointments at the Oakland Coliseum at myturn.ca.gov or by calling 833-422-4255.

The County worked with the State to update its MyTurn website so it reflects Contra Costa’s vaccine eligibility criteria. Previously, Contra Costa residents had to be 50 and older to schedule appointments at the Coliseum vaccination site.

AC Transit and BART are both offering transportation assistance to and from the Coliseum site. You will need to provide proof of your appointment in order to use the free vaccine shuttles. Visit AC Transit’s website and BART’s website for more information.
Options for Scheduling Your Vaccine Appointment
There are several ways to find a vaccine appointment.

1. Make an appointment with Contra Costa County at a CCHS site.

2. Register with the State of California at myturn.ca.gov to be notified when you are eligible to receive the Covid-19 vaccination at a State site. Current State eligibility is for 50+ and opens for 16+ on April 15th.

3. Make an Appointment at a Partner site.
Healthcare systems, pharmacies, and other providers have different eligibility requirements for COVID-19 vaccinations. Some pharmacies are allowing the patient to choose which vaccine they will receive. Call the pharmacy for confirmation of this. You can find information about each of these providers by scrolling down on the CCHS Vaccine page: coronavirus.cchealth.org/get-vaccinated.
