The Power of Healing

This year, we are delving into the powerful journeys of healing and recovery...and the resilience that fuels them.

In our new year-long blog series, "Power of Healing," we will feature guest authors who journey through tender and/or difficult moments from their lived experiences. Each post will share inspiring stories of individuals who have faced challenges—whether physical, emotional, or mental—and have emerged stronger. We’ll explore the tools and strategies that helped them rebuild their lives, the lessons they’ve learned, and how their experiences can empower others on similar paths.

Why it matters: Our journey to resilience begins with healing.

Stay tuned: Guest blogs will be featured on the Resilient Georgia website and social media channels, as well as featured in this newsletter.

Why it matters:💥This initiative aims to expand access to mental health care by increasing the number of qualified licensed clinicians who can provide mental health and substance use treatment, while also building a workforce that better represents and understands the communities it serves.

The program successfully launched in fall 2023 in Colorado and Georgia, and we have continued to grow to support our 4th Cohort of Post-Masters level Candidates.
