Resist is Closing from 7/15 - 7/26

Dear Resister,

Every summer for the past 5 years Resist practices a #SummerSlowDown as a way of honoring our beliefs and values, including balancing work and home to the best advantage of both. Moreover, our staff, composed of Black and Brown people and organizers, have been deeply affected by the unconscionable violence in Palestine, the Congo and Sudan; funded by our tax dollars.

In the spirit of self-preservation, Resist will be closed for the weeks of Monday, July 15th to Friday, July 26th. We will resume operations on Monday, July 29th with adjusted daily schedules, including Friday closures.

Our work is stronger and more connected when we better take care of ourselves and each other.
