Sharing Resources for Families of Children with Special Health Care Needs

This issue of the eBlast shares resources in honor of fathers, 
whom we celebrated earlier this month on Father's Day!  

June is Men's Health Awareness Month, the goal of which is to heighten awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys. Parents and caregivers of CYSHCN often set aside their own health and other needs to care for their CYSHCN and family.  Check out this guide (for men and women) to see a schedule of checkups and age appropriate screenings.
