Employee Spotlight: Ann Reyes
This month, we are proud to shine the spotlight on our Office Manager, Ann. As the backbone of our daily operations, Ann keeps the office running seamlessly—from managing workflows and supporting our attorneys to ensuring clients feel welcome and well-treated the moment they call or visit our office. Her leadership, organization, and unwavering dedication make her an indispensable part of our firm, and we are grateful for the positive energy and professionalism she brings to our team every day. Ann is definitely the glue that holds it all together. Get to know Ann:
Q: What do you enjoy most about your role at the firm?
A: I like that I get to wear a lot of hats. One minute I’m fixing a process or smoothing out a workflow, the next I’m planning events or brainstorming new ways to connect with people. It’s never boring, and I like being in a role where I can make things happen.
Q: What’s one skill that helps you stay organized and on top of everything?
A: I’m a visionary. I can picture how something should work, then build the process to make it real. That’s how I stay ahead of the chaos and keep things running smoothly.
Q: What’s your favorite part of our office culture?
A: We’ve got a team that actually shows up for each other. It’s not just about the work, there’s humor, support, and a sense of loyalty. That’s rare, and it makes all the difference.
Q: What’s something fun your coworkers might not know about you?
A: I did improv for a while, and I actually plan to get back into it soon. It taught me how to think fast and not take myself too seriously.
Q: When you’re not at work, how do you like to spend your time?
A: If I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me on the pickleball courts. It’s my favorite way to reset. Outside of that, I love diving into creative projects and developing new business ideas
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
A: Switzerland. I want the full experience, mountain hikes, picture-perfect views, cozy villages, and yes, plenty of chocolate. It feels like the kind of place where you can slow down but still have adventure waiting around the corner.
