Thank you for attending last night’s webinar, Reducing Property Taxes Through Chapter 61, the fourth webinar in the “Protecting your Legacy” landowner series! We hope you found the information useful.

If you could not make it to the webinar last night, or you would like to view it again, you can access the presentation from the session here. All the recordings for the webinars can also be found at MassWoods.org/webinars.

We wanted to provide some resources for you to build off of last night's webinar. Click here for the "Understanding the Massachusetts Ch. 61 Current Use Tax Programs" publication. Chris Capone showed a map and contact information for the MA state service foresters. You can view that map here. Mass Woods has many resources, including a tool to find a professional in your area and a Chapter 61 calculator to see how the tax reductions might work for your property.

With three more webinars to go, your feedback is important to make future webinars better. Please fill out this evaluation form if you were able to attend.

Be sure to join us for next month’s session, Exploring Land Protection Tools, on February 9th from 6:30 – 8 p.m. over Zoom. If you haven’t already registered, you can do so at MassWoods.org/webinars. A link for the event will be sent out a few days in advance.

We hope to see you again in February!
