Off-Premise Catering Permits Now Easier | |

“2025 Off-premise catering permits now available through PLCB+
Licensees can now apply for their 2025 Off-premise Catering Permit through PLCB+.
Act 51 amended the Liquor Code so that OPCP holders can have unlimited off-premise events, the application fee is $500, and each catered function has a 6-hour per day limit. “

Annual State Reporting Now Mandatory | |

“Pa. businesses required to submit annual report
Owners of businesses operating in Pa. are reminded that a new annual report requirement went into effect on Monday. The report can be filed online for a filing fee of $7 and the deadline for filing is based on business type. Annual reports submitted online will be automatically approved.
This is a state requirement and is not related to the federal Corporate Transparency Act that is currently being reviewed by the courts.” - PRLA

The City of Pittsburgh is looking for 15-20 community members to join a Community Working Group (“CWG”). The CWG will help shape priorities and recommendations, as well as actively collect ideas from neighbors. The CWG will help ensure all residents see themselves in Pittsburgh’s future. This one year commitment offers compensation.
No Planning experience necessary.
