Hello!

Students are back and that means you may have some new hires to orient. Get them signed up for RAMP training and make sure newbies and all staff are trained in how to properly check i.d.'s. There are some really real-looking fake i.d.'s out there right now.

It's also overdose awareness month. Empower yourself and your staff with skill in administering Narcan and de-escalating situations with those experiencing a mental health or drug crises. NITE School rotates to Oakland for this one on Sept 16th. Get there early for snacks and a limited number of parking validations sponsored by Oakland Business Improvement District.

And finally, noise complaints are on the rise. There are some easy fixes for containing sound and being a good neighbor. Please read them!
