Provide clear notice of workers’ rights to employees, and

You must file an annual report starting in 2025.

Know the requirements and deadlines.

Your filing window is based on your entity type:

Limited Liability Companies: Jan. 1 - Sept. 30

All Others: Jan. 1 - Dec. 31
