On July 13, Prime Minister Trudeau announced that the Canadian Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS), a subsidy of 75% of employee wages, will be extended until December. Updates and details will be released later this week.

In the meantime, if you have not already applied for CEWS, we encourage you to take this time to see if the program is the right fit for your organization.

This  wage subsidy enables you to re-hire workers previously laid off as a result of COVID-19, help prevent further job losses, and better position you to resume normal operations following the crisis.
