WTAG Students Prepare for Agricultural Study Experience in New Zealand

Students in the WTAG program will travel to New Zealand in November 2026 for an international learning experience focused on agriculture, sustainability and global trade.

During the trip, students will explore New Zealand's forage-based dairy systems, learn about international trade partnerships and examine the country's unique agricultural and environmental policies. The experience will also provide hands-on learning opportunities connected to real-world challenges facing modern agriculture.

The program is designed to broaden students' global perspectives while strengthening their understanding of agricultural systems and industry practices outside the United States.

Support for the WTAG to NZ experience can be made through the WTAMU Foundation website.
