Electrical Issues at St. Julian Eymard Church
Repairs to Begin Shortly
Due to the extent of electrical repairs required at St. Julian Eymard Church—burying a new cable from the electrical main on Biesterfield Road to the church’s transformer—Mass, Ministry and events continue to be rescheduled or relocated. We are obtaining competitive estimates and will select a contractor shortly, with work expected to take several days to complete. We are blessed to have our Queen of the Rosary Church and School, and we thank you all for your patience and flexibility. Please watch for our e-mail updates, or check the parish calendar for our complete schedule. We remain committed to transparency—feel free to reach out or set up a time to meet with Fr. Dan if you have any questions.
Thank you for your patience, support and prayers!

World Mission Sunday
October 19/20 | All Masses
Pope Francis has selected the theme: Go and invite everyone to the banquet for our celebration of World Mission Sunday. He reminds us of the parable of the wedding feast. This story informs and encourages all of us to go forth in mission tirelessly. He says, “The Church… will continue to go to the ends of the earth, to set out over and over again, without ever growing weary or losing heart in the face of difficulties and obstacles.” Thank you for your participation in the World Mission Sunday celebration. Please bring your donation to Mass this Sunday or follow this link to donate online.

Gospel in Focus

Discussion Questions
In what ways does Jesus serve others throughout the Gospels?
Who is someone who serves you? How would you describe this person?
How can we put others before ourselves this week?
