TIPS
Most parents have found that 3/4 tsp of the calcium/magnesium skin cream works best for their child. Orders from here on out will recommend 3/4 tsp daily, all at once, in the a.m.
Due to evaporation, sometimes, the skin cream can feel like it is stinging. If your child mentions this, simply stir in a few drops of DISTILLED water to bring it back into balance. It is a good idea to stir the skin cream daily to keep it hydrated.
If you are using YOUR own hand to rub the skin cream on your child's forearm, PLEASE USE A GLOVE so that all of the benefit/calcium goes to the child.

If your child is on a gluten-free diet, you will need to supplement with Inositol, 500 - 700 mg every morning.
