Invo Healthcare Families,

As we continue to navigate the developing COVID-19 situation, we’re prioritizing family, staff and community safety above all else.

As you may be aware, we decided to suspend delivery of therapy services in our centers nationwide because we believed this was in the best interest of all. Though we are not aware of any COVID-19 cases affecting our staff or patients at this time, we want to take extraordinary measures to keep everyone safe and are looking for your feedback as we plan for services over the coming days.

At this time, this includes the careful staffing and delivery of home-based services where all parties are believed to be healthy. In this model, we would look to minimize the size of care teams and reduce face-to-face interaction between people where possible. In the event that we receive new information from health officials or others that discourages face-to-face interaction, we would look to rely on telemedicine delivery and are prepared to provide families with customized therapy options to help be a support during this temporary disruption.

The team at Invo Healthcare is working diligently to manage through this situation. Please know that we are here for you and your family and will provide all available resources during this difficult time. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know how we can help.

If you can please respond by noon today Tuesday, March 17, we will begin planning any relevant adjustments and connect with you as soon as we are able to discuss.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact your BCBA or Clinical Supervisor or reach out to us at: (866) 469-3740 .
