Tobacco 21
On October 1, 2019, ALL customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase any tobacco product, any electronic cigarette or vapor product.
Please note:
There are no exemptions in the new law.
The new law does not grandfather anyone under 21.
The new law does not exempt military personnel.
Fines and penalties have increased.
The law requires you to check the photo ID of any customer who appears under the age of 30.
It’s time to do the right thing. It’s time to make sure these dangerous products don’t land in the hands of anyone under the age of 21 years old. Let’s all make a difference.
