The International Board of Directors wants to help Optimist Members and Clubs have a better understanding of the Optimist International Bylaws, and they want YOUR input, comments and questions before presenting these Restated Bylaws to the delegates at this summer’s convention.
Please note, the proposal does not allow for any revisions or amendments presented on the floor at the Convention – that is why we need your input now.
