Our next ladies wine club tasting,
Ladies Of The Vine,   will be THIS
Wednesday, January 13th at 6 p.m.

This is a fun way to discover different Italian wines. This week we will try Vermentino, Vernaccia, Nero d'Avola, and Dolcetto.

Hors d'oeuvres will be served.  
$10 per person. 

Proceeds will benefit our neighbor
Assistance Center of Towson Churches (ACTC) 
a non-profit that feeds the hungry in our community.

Mardi Gras Party!
Join us on Friday, February 5th for our annual Mardi Gras party. 
Yes, the party starts early this year.

 The King cake and beads have been ordered. Drink specials will be offered.

Salsicchie alla Griglia ~ Grilled Italian sausage served with grilled polenta topped with mozzarella.
Linguine Cozze ~ PEI Mussles sauteed with tomato, herbs and wine and tossed with pasta.
Riso Verde ~ Arborio rice with sautéed pancetta, onion and Savoy cabbage accentuated by the flavors of parmigiano and saffron.

Linguine con Gamberi al Limone ~ Pasta with shrimp sautéed with lemon zest capers, basil and white wine.
Pollo alla Cacciatore ~ Boneless Chicken Breast, onion, peppers, potatoes & mushrooms cooked in a tomato sauce.
Costoletto di Maiale alla Griglia ~ Grilled cider brined pork chop with Granny Smith apples, pomegranate and fresh mango & pistachio relish.  Sided with roasted potatoes and the chef's seasonal vegetable.
Zuppa di Pesce ~ A hearty soup of Chilean sea bass, Baccalà, mussels, clams & shrimp in broth.
