"These Restaurant Roundtables are one way I can personally thank them for being part of the farm economy and hear directly from these small businesses owners about the lingering challenges they are continuing to face when it comes to our supply chain and labor issues," Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture Dr. Ryan Quarles said.
Kentucky's soybean yield last year was 55 bushels per acre, well above the five-year average of 49.5 bushels per acre.
