Restaurants in Center City Are Reopening, However...

Restaurants all over the city are reopening. Folks can do curbside pickup and takeout. Now, outdoor dining is allowed. All good news! But the City Health Commission has warned that some restaurants that allow outdoor dining, are not following the new guidelines - such as social distancing. Restaurants that are not following the guidelines could be fined up to $2,000.  Although Inspectors are dispatched regularly, according to The Health Commission, the City is urging patrons to report violations to 3-1-1.

Last Chance to Vote for New and Incumbent CCRA Board Members

Yesterday, we sent out the board ballot to elect new and incumbent members  (the ballot went to our active members). For clarification, you cannot give more than one vote per candidate despite what the instructions say. We encourage active members to vote here.  The vote will end on Friday, 6/19.

Reminder: You must be an active CCRA member to vote.  If you're not sure if your membership is active, please contact Travis Oliver
Covid-19 Updates

- Philadelphia Remains in the "Yellow Phase" of reopening.  The Kenney Administration says the "earliest to go to 'Green Phase' is July 3."  Once in the Green Phase, special guidelines will be issued for activities.  High risk activities (i.e. large attending events) will not be allowed in the Green Phase.  More info will be available next week on the City's website.

- SEPTA requires all riders to wear face covering and to practice social distancing when you can.  All SEPTA services are running normally on their summer schedule except the Regional Rail.  Regional Rail will begin running normally on June 28.

- PEUC Program:   If you've used up your regular state/federal unemployment benefits then you may be eligible for Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC). PEUC extends your benefits for another 13 weeks at your existing rate.

- Here's an updated restaurant list.  If you are aware of any changes, such as outdoor dining availability, please inform Travis.  Thank you all for your suggestions.
