RESTORED HOURS AND SERVICES
EL INICIO DE HORAS Y SERVICIOS RESTAURADOS
Welcome back to restored hours and services on October 11, 2021! After a long year and a half, we are excited to offer our community expanded library hours and services. We will open for our full service hours, 7 days per week at the Downtown Library, 6 days per week at Redwood Shores Branch Library and 5 days per week at the Schaberg Branch Library. In addition to returning to our pre-COVID hours, we are bringing back many of our signature services. These include Project READ, the Downtown Library Teen Center and teen room at Redwood Shores Branch Library, several of the early childhood learning interactives, and study rooms. With the health and safety of employees and the public a top priority, indoor in-person public programs and events where groups gather will continue to be postponed until January 2022. Our libraries are youth settings, so safety measures will remain in place and we will continue to monitor San Mateo County Health Department and CDC recommended guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming visit for all. Visit our webpage for more information.
