Finally! Guidance from the Georgia Court of Appeals on the "New" Restrictive Covenants Act.
The Restrictive Covenants Act was signed into law May 2011. Yet, it wasn't until the latter part of 2018 that the appellate courts in Georgia finally issued some opinions addressing the substantive provisions of the statute. And just yesterday, the Court of Appeals issued another opinion on the statute.
