Feedback helps us grow, but ouch - receiving it can sting. Often, we dismiss it, become defensive, or feel unsure how to improve. As a result, relationships are damaged and we lose opportunities for growth. Many of us have had training in how to give feedback effectively, but few have learned the art form of receiving feedback well.
